Man I'm sore after that trial game.
Was absolutely stinking hot, on a synthetic pitch which just adds to the heat. Playing against a much better team in an AL4s while we are an AL9s team.
We ended up with zero subs while they had 4.
While we were at full strength only copped one silly goal. We ended up losing 3 nil. 2 of those goals were just down to pure fatigue.
I had a very good game. Some excellent saves. Even the referee congratulated me.
Well worth the soreness.
