Christmas day always a feast. Thankfully our Christmases are always small and so the festivities weren't impacted majorly. Thoughts go out to those who couldn't get together.

While the majority of people presumably followed directions there are always those who take it to far. Images of Sydney siders packed together in parks and beaches is a reminder that people can't be trusted.

Let's hope that we don't have a spike because of this but my expectations are low considering the way people were acting today.

We traditionally celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve. So exchanging gifts etc. This year was no different. Had a boozy lunch that sloped into dinner. Was an awesome time with family. Only a small gathering (as it is every year) though especially important this year. Considering COVID-19, and the semi controlled Sydney cluster. Fingers crossed the small loosening of restrictions don't lead to a spike. We won't find out until early Jan whether Christmas caused more cases. Till next time, B ...

Just watched Wonder Woman 1984 in the movies (CovidSafe of course - or as safe as anywhere in Sydney) I quite liked it, not a perfect film by any stretch of the imagination but a thoroughly enjoyable two hours. I think it suffers from some pacing issues but overall flows nicely. It does occasionaly get bogged down and stutters. I think Gal Gadot as usual does well as the eponymous Diana and Kristen Wiig does really well as Barbara Minerva ( aka Cheetah). You can definitely tell what they...
