So I think I found the reason why Pop-OS doesn't feel as sharp as windows 10. I think it has something to do with rounded corners. All the apps have rounded corners and I think that softens the overall look.

I think I have solved by editing the theme css but not sure how persistent or or successful it was. Still seems fairly rounded.

I shall have to explore that aspect of customising the theme.

GA class today was good. Learnt something new, CSS grids. Pretty cool and it really helps with setting up a page to exact standards. Will be interesting to use it across my passion projects. I run apache guacamole on my home network and it makes remoting into computers on the network an absolute breeze. I use it to remote into my windows vm running on my unraid server. Bonus is that I have installed it to an electron wrapper so that it seamlessly fits into my desktop flow. Here is a ph...

So my idea for a GA project is a go. Learning German flashcard style. Will use both js, as well as of course HTML and CSS. Should be an interesting challange. I think considering that I will need to do a code-walkthrough as well as a general explainer will require the most work.
